In this study, it was aimed to determine the relationship between authentic leadership, psychological capital, intention to leave and employee performance in working at hospitals in TRC1 area Gaziantep, Adıyaman and Kilis provinces. For this purpose, the questionnaire was applied to 403 nurses working at hospitals in Gaziantep, Adıyaman and Kilis provinces. T-test, ANOVA and correlation analysis was performed by using the data obtained from the questionnaire. According to correlation analysis, a significant positive relationship was found between all dimensions of authentic leadership, psychological capital and employee performance, a significant negative relationship was found between all dimensions of authentic leadership, psychological capital and intention to leave, a significant relationship was not found between intention to leave and employee performance. It was also determined that all dimensions of the authentic leadership and dimensions of psychological capital (self-efficacy, optimism and resilience) vary significantly among work in hospitals and staff situation variable, employee performance levels vary significantly among work in hospitals variable, all dimensions of the authentic leadership vary significantly among the hospital where's province and type of work variable, dimensions of psychological capital (self-efficacy and hope) vary significantly among type of work variable.
