Suriye’den ülkemize gerçekleştirilen göçlerden sonra, eğitim çağındaki çocukların eğitimden mahrum kalmaması için Suriyeli Çocukların Türk Eğitim Sistemine Entegrasyonunun Desteklenmesi Projesi (PİKTES) uygulanmaya başlanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, PİKTES projesinde görev alan öğretmenlerin projeye yönelik görüşlerini incelemektir. Çalışma kapsamında öğretmenlerin yaşadıkları sorunların tespit edilmesi ve bu sorunlara çözüm önerileri sunmak amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılında PİKTES projesinde görev almakta olan 8 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Veriler yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. Elde edilen verilere göre öğretmenlerin karşılaştıkları sorunların; projede belli bir programın olmaması, kaynak, materyal sorunlarının yaşanması, velilerle iletişim kurmakta sıkıntılar yaşanması, eğitime uygun sınıfların olmaması, özlük haklarının yetersiz olması ve öğretmen eğitimlerinin yetersiz olması gibi sorunlar olduğu görülmüştür. Araştırma sonunda araştırmacılar tarafından bu sorunlar göz önünde bulundurularak çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur.
After the migrations from Syria to our country, the Support of the Integration of Syrian Children into the Turkish Education System (PIKKTES) project has begun to be implemented in order to prevent children in education from being deprived of education. The aim of this study is to examine the views of teachers engaged in the PIKKTES project. The aim of the study is to identify the problems that teachers experience and present suggestions for solutions to these problems. The research method was used in the study. The research work group consists of 8 teachers who are engaged in the PIKKTES project in the 2020-2021 educational year. The data is collected by a semi-configured interview method. According to the data obtained, the problems faced by teachers have been such as the lack of a specific program in the project, the experience of resources, material problems, the difficulties in communicating with the guardians, the lack of classes suitable for education, the lack of property rights and the lack of teacher education. At the end of the study, researchers presented solutions with these problems taken into account.
