So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Yapılan çalışmada, toz metalurjisi ve sıcak ekstrüzyon yolu ile üretilmiş Al 2024 esaslı B4C/SiC parçacık takviyeli hibrit kompozitlerin kaynaklanabilirliği incelenmiştir. Ön alaşımlı Al 2024 (Al-Cu-Mg) tozu içerisine B4C ve SiC ilave edilmiştir. Matris malzeme ve takviye elemanları 3 boyutlu karıştırıcıda 45 dakika süre ile karıştırılmıştır. Karışım tozlar tek yönlü basınç altında preslenerek toz metal blok numuneler üretilmiştir. Elde edilen blok numuneler 600oC de sinterlenmiş ve akabinde 500oC sıcaklıkta ekstrüze edilmiştir. Ekstrüze edilmiş nihai ürünler Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) yöntemi kullanılarak birleştirilmiştir. Kaynak işlemi sonrası takviye elemanın türüne bağlı olarak makro ve mikro incelemeler yapılmıştır.
