So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Objective: In this study we evaluated the results of Winograde procedure with electrocauterization in patients with ingrown toe nail. Material and Methods: A total of 65 toenails of 53 patients (17 female, 36 male) who complaint of pain, discharge and deformity of their toenail underwent partial wedge resection of the nail and nail matrix and electrocauterization in between June 2010 and August 2012. According to the Heifetz’s staging system, 9 toenails were grade I, 27 toenails were grade II, 29 toenails were grade III. The infected cases were operated after improvement of inflammation by antibiotic treatment (fucidic acid 1500 mg/day). All patients
