Abstract:

One of the topics that holds an important role in the scientific work of Bekir Çobanzade, who has done detailed research on the historical and contemporary situation of the Turkish language, especially the Azerbaijani Turkish language, is the lexic-semantic structure of the Turkish language. B. Çobanzade, who approaches scientific issues in a more controversial way, has systematically conducted his research on the lexic-semantic structure of the Turkish language. In this direction, B. Çobanzade attracted attention to the history of development of the word existence in Azerbaijan Turkish, and it was studied comparatively with other Turkish languages. One of the topics B. Çobanzade’s interest in the learning of the Turkish language, as well as the Azerbaidjan Turkish language, is the word-creation process. From this point of view, the author in his work has given a broader place to the tasks of the production additives in the enrichment of the word existence of the Azerbaijani Turkish. B. Çobanzade has shown three ways of creating a word in Azerbaijani Turkish: a) through the production additions; b) through the combination of two words; c) by taking the examples of foreign words and by creating the words appropriate to them - by the method of the clan. Before talking about the methods of word creation in the morphological way, the famous Turkologist, first of all, explained the roots and additional concepts, explained their different characteristics and functions in the language, as soon as the place arrived, addressed the deep stages of the language, made a historically-comparative analysis of some words and additions. These analyses have been carried out not only on the Azerbaijani Turkish, but within the framework of the Turkish language. Let’s also note that the scientist, when he talked about archic additions, did not explain the morphemic content of the words from an ethymological point of view, he only presented examples of them by showing additions. In this sense, the article adds many archives that B. Çobanzade’s proposes: -sak, -sek, -chin, -chin, -ca2, -ca2, -aul, -gaul, -tak, -tuk, etc. Morphems have been studied comparatively to the ideas of contemporary turcologists.
