Bu çalışmada polyester reçinenin bitümlü bağlayıcıların yüksek sıcaklık performans seviyesi üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. Saf ve dört farklı oranda (%0,75 - %1,0 - %2,0 ve %3,0) polyester reçine (PR) kullanılarak hazırlanan modifiye bitümler Dönel İnce Film Halinde Isıtma Deneyi (RTFOT) yöntemiyle yaşlandırılmıştır. Saf ve modifiye edilmiş bağlayıcılar yaşlandırılmadan önce ve sonra 64°C sıcaklıkta Dinamik Kayma Reometresi (DSR) deneyine tabi tutulmuştur. Ayrıca bağlayıcıların Superpave sistemine göre tekerlek izi dayanımı bakımından performans seviyesi yüksek sıcaklık değerleri belirlenmiştir. Modifiye bağlayıcılardaki polyester reçine oranı arttıkça tekerlek izi dayanım parametresi bakımından yüksek sıcaklıklardaki bağlayıcı performansının arttığı belirlenmiştir.
This study has studied the impact of polyester resin on the high temperature performance levels of bitum connectors. Modified bites prepared using polyester rechin (PR) in pure and four different proportions (0,75 - 1,0 - 2,0 and 3,0%) are aged by the method of the Circular Thin Film Heating Test (RTFOT). Clean and modified connectors were tested at a dynamic sliding reometer (DSR) at a temperature of 64°C before and after ageing. Also, according to the Superpave system of the connectors, high temperature values have been determined in terms of performance level in terms of wheel footprint resistance. The increase in the proportion of polyester in the modified connectors has been determined to increase the connector performance at high temperatures in terms of the wheel trace resistance parameters.
