Meckel divertikülü (MD), gastrointestinal sistemin en sık görülen kojenital anomalisi olup, toplumda %2 oranında görülmektedir. Çocukluk çağında daha çok kanama ve obstrüksiyon bulguları ile ortaya çıkarken, erişkinlerde ise sıklıkla obstrüksüyon bulguları veya insidental olarak saptanmaktadır. Komplikasyon gelişen vakalarda tedavi olarak rezeksiyon önerilmektedir. Bu komplikasyonlardan biri olan perforasyon nadir olarak oluşmaktadır ve genelde yabancı cisim varlığında görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada akut apandisit ön tanısıyla operasyona alınan, ancak yabancı cisime (kürdan) bağlı meckel divertikül perforasyonu saptanan bir olgu sunulmuştur.
Meckel diverticulate (MD) is the most common co-genital anomaly of the gastrointestinal system and is seen in 2% of the population. In childhood, it occurs more with the symptoms of bleeding and obstruction, while in adults it is often found with the symptoms of obstruction or incidentally. In cases of complication, resection is recommended as a treatment. Perforation, one of these complications, occurs rarely and is usually observed in the presence of foreign bodies. This study has presented a phenomenon of acute apandicitis pre-diagnosis taken to the operation, but determined a mixed diverticular perforation associated with a foreign body (courden).
