Management of formation of competences in candidates for higher education with the use of cloud services

Reformation of the higher school in Ukraine is carried out with orientation on progressive world tendencies of education development, among which it must be noticed the transfer to the open education, development of unite scientific-educational information space and application of the competence approach to organization of educational process. Under conditions of these reforms the limitation of the traditional form of organization of educational process is expressed and the problem of the use of innovative technologies and also information-communication technologies (further – ICT) in interactive format of educational processes is actualized for adoption of these progressive tendencies in the sphere of higher education in Ukraine. The formation of the node competences in candidates for higher education on the following positions: “knowledge”, “skills”, “communicability”, “self-sufficiency and responsibility” imperatively presupposes the use of innovative technologies and ICT in educational process. It is conditioned by the limitation of the traditional conservative form of educational process for the management of formation of competence in candidates for higher education. There was elucidated the content filing of the subject and activity component of educational process under conditions of the use of innovative technologies, ICT and also its interconnection with formation of the node competences in candidates for higher education at the study of program discipline. There were argued the advantages of the use of cloud services of the modern ICT in educational process. According to the results of comparative analysis of the world spread cloud services in the sphere of education by optimality criterion there were used the ones, offered by the Google search system, for the management of formation of competences in candidates for higher education in educational process. There was elaborated an algorithm of the management of competences of the candidates for higher education at their study of the program disciplines by formation of their net community on Google+ and by the use of Google cloud services. Creation of the net community of the candidates for higher education allows organize their cognitive study of program discipline in the context of competence formation, mastering of the modern ICT with the use of potential possibilities of cloud services.
