The hepatitis infection (HAV) is a positive-sense, single-abandoned RNA infection that has a place with the family Picorna viridae. It reproduces principally inside hepatocytes and is a typical irresistible etiology of intense hepatitis around the world. Indications of intense contamination incorporate sickness, heaving, weariness, discomfort, stomach torment, helpless craving, and fever. This movement surveys the assessment and the board of hepatitis An and features the part of the interprofessional group in improving consideration for patients with this condition. Patients History:  A 4 year old male child was admitted in A.V.B.R.H. sawangi (m) wardha. With the chief complaint of fever, chills since 6 days. As narrated by mother patient was apparently alright before 6 days back then he developed fever which was High (101⁰f) intermittent with chills and riggers. Patient had previous history of hepatitis. Patient had no h/o vomiting, loose stool, abdominal pain, lymphadenopathy, stool colour and texture is normal. Clinical findings: The patient had done all necessary investigation by physician order. Medical Management: Patient treated with antibiotics, laxative and multi-vitamins drugs. Nursing Management: Administered IV fluid   , monitor vital sign hourly. Administered medication doctor orders. Conclusion: Timely treatment and management of hepatitis A.
