Abstract:

The hepatitis infection (HAV) is a positive-sense, single-abandoned RNA infection that has a place with the family Picorna viridae. It reproduces principally inside hepatocytes and is a typical irresistible etiology of intense hepatitis around the world. Indications of intense contamination incorporate sickness, heaving, weariness, discomfort, stomach torment, helpless craving, and fever. Patients History:  A 4 year old male child was admitted in A.V.B.R.H. sawangi (m) wardha. With the chief complaint of fever, chills since 6 days. As narrated by mother patient was apparently alright before 6 days back then he developed fever which was High (101⁰f) intermittent with chills and riggers. Patient had previous history of hepatitis. Patient had no h/o vomiting, loose stool, abdominal pain, lymphadenopathy, stool colour and texture is normal. Clinical findings: The patient had done all necessary investigation by physician order. Medical Management: Patient treated with antibiotics, laxative and multi-vitamins drugs. Nursing Management: Administered IV fluid   , monitor vital sign hourly. Administered medication doctor orders. Conclusion: Timely treatment and management of hepatitis A.
