Bu çalışmada, Borsa İstanbul’da işlem gören Gıda ve İçecek Endeksindeki (XGIDA) 21 işletmenin finansal performansları Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemlerinden Entropi ve TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) yöntemleri yardımıyla hibrid bir modelle analiz edilmesi ve sonuçların karşılaştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla işletmelerin 2014- 2018 yıllarını kapsayan 5 yıllık dönemlerine ait mali tablolarından likidite, faaliyet etkinliği, mali yapı ve kârlılık oranlarından toplam 13 tane muhasebe oranı hesaplanmıştır. Bu hesaplanan oranlar yardımıyla firmaların finansal performans kriterlerine ilişkin önem ağırlıkları, Entropi yöntemiyle hesaplanmıştır. Uygulama kapsamındaki işletmelerin performansları ise, TOPSIS yöntemiyle değerlendirilmiş ve işletmeler her yılın performans değerlerindeki başarılarına göre sıralandırılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, 2014 yılında Konfrut Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. diğer tüm yıllarda ise, Türk Tuborg Bira ve Malt Sanayii A.Ş. işletmesi, performans sıralamasında en iyi şirket olmuştur.
The main objective of this study is making analysis for 21 companies, which operand in the Food and Beverage Index of the Istanbul Stock Exchange with the help of a Hybrid multi-criteria decision model that consists of the Entropy and TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) methods. Within this purpose, thirteen financial rates, which related to these companies, such as liquidity, activity effectiveness, financial structure, and profitability were computed and these data were obtained from financial sheets of these companies for 2014 and 2018. By using these rates, weight values of the selection criteria were calculated with the help of the Entropy method. Final financial performances of the selected companies were analyzed by using the TOPSIS method and they were ranked considering their performance scores, which calculated for each year. According to the results of this research, while the performance of the Konfrut Food Co is the highest compared to the others in 2014, Turk Tuborg Beer and Malt Co is determined as the best company for other years.
