Cognitive Behavioral Therapy offers important solutions in dealing with delusional thoughts, which are very effective in the formation of test anxiety in the individual. Accordingly, the main reason for test anxiety in individuals is negative thoughts about exams. Cognitive behavioral therapists argue that cognitive structures affect behaviors that these structures are observable and changeable, and that desired behavioral changes can be achieved through cognitive change.
