Tarım İşletmelerinin Sermaye Yapılarının Akıllı Tarıma Uygunluğunun Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract:

Amaç: Bu çalışmada, Aydın ili Koçarlı ilçesi Kasaplar köyünde akıllı tarım uygulamalarını gerçekleştiren akıllı tarım işletmesi ile çevre köylerde faaliyetlerini sürdüren konvansiyonel tarım işletmeleri incelenmiştir. Konvansiyonel tarım işletmelerinin mevcut sermaye yapıları ile akıllı tarım uygulamalarını gerçekleştirebilme olanaklarının tartışılması amaçlanmıştır. Tasarım/Metedoloji/Yaklaşım: Konvansiyonel tarım yapan üreticilerin akıllı tarım uygulamaları hakkındaki bilgi düzeyleri belirlenmiş, işletmelerin ekonomik analizlerinin yapılarak sermaye durumları ve yıllık faaliyet sonuçları tespit edilmiştir. Akıllı tarım işletmesinde ise kullanılan akıllı tarım ekipmanlarının yatırım maliyetleri belirlenmiştir. Bulgular: Araştırma sonuçlarına göre konvansiyonel tarım işletmelerinde aktif sermayenin %83.07’sini çiftlik sermayesi ve %16.93’ünü işletme sermayesinin oluşturduğu tespit edilmiştir. Konvansiyonel tarım işletmelerinin yıllık faaliyet sonuçları ise sırasıyla Gayrisafi Üretim Değeri 4 200.90 TL/da, Gayrisafi Hasıla 4 273.38 TL/da, Saf Hasıla 1 448.17 TL/da ve Tarımsal Gelir 1 692.72 TL/da olarak belirlenmiştir. Buna karşılık akıllı tarım işletmesinde kullanılan akıllı sistemlerin maliyetleri ise sırasıyla akıllı sulama sistemleri 10 204.08 TL/da, meteoroloji istasyonu 204.08 TL/da, erken uyarı sistemi 204.08 TL/da, zararlı tespiti 30.61 TL/da, drone ile arazi takibi 102.04 TL/da, drone ile ilaçlama 20.00 TL/da olmak üzere toplam dekara maliyet 10 764.89 TL/da olarak tespit edilmiştir. Özgünlük/Değer: Çalışmada konvansiyonel tarım işletmelerinin mevcut sermaye koşullarında akıllı tarım uygulamalarını gerçekleştirme olanaklarının zor olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın, Türkiye tarımında yeni bir uygulama olan akıllı tarım uygulamalarının uygulanabilirliğinin değerlendirilmesi açısından gelecekte bu konuda yapılacak olan çalışmalara katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

Evaluation of the suitability of capital structures of agricultural enterprises to smart agriculture

Purpose: In this study, Aydin or Koçarlı district Kasaplar has studied smart agricultural enterprises that carry out smart agricultural practices in the village and conventional agricultural enterprises that continue their activities in the surrounding villages. It is intended to discuss the possibilities of conventional agricultural enterprises to realize their existing capital structures and smart agricultural practices. Design / Methodology / Approach: The level of knowledge about the smart agricultural practices of conventional farmers has been determined, the economic analysis of the enterprises has been determined by the capital status and the annual activity results. In the smart agricultural enterprise, the investment costs of the smart agricultural equipment used are determined. Results: The research finds that 83.11% of active capital in conventional agricultural enterprises is agricultural capital and 16.89% is enterprise capital. The annual activity results of conventional agricultural enterprises are, respectively, determined as the Expensive Production Value of 4200.90 TL/da, Expensive Production Value of 4273.38 TL/da, Expensive Production Value of 1441.08 TL/da and Agricultural Income of 1685.63 TL/da. In contrast, the costs of the smart systems used in the smart agricultural enterprise are identified as 10204.08 TL/da, the weather station 204.08 TL/da, detection of harmful 30.61 TL/da, land tracking with drone 102.04 TL/da, drone with medication 20.00 TL/da, the total expenditure is 10560.81 TL/da. Originality/Value: The study found that conventional agricultural enterprises are difficult to implement smart agricultural practices in the current capital conditions. This study is believed to contribute to the work that will be done in the future in terms of the assessment of the applicability of smart agricultural applications, which is a new application in Turkish agriculture.

It is aimed to discuss the capital of conventional agricultural enterprises and the possibilities of realizing smart agriculture. Design/Methodology/Approach: The knowledge levels of the conventional farmers about smart agriculture, and the economic analyzes of the enterprises, and their capital status and annual results, on the other hand, the investment costs of the smart agricultural equipment used in the smart agriculture were determined. Findings: It found that 83.07% of the active capital is farm capital, and 16,93% is working capital in conventional farmers. The annual results of conventional farmers are respectively determined as Gross Production Value 4 200.90 TL/da, Gross Product 4 273.38 TL/da, Pure Product 1 448.17 TL/da, and Agricultural Income 1 692.72 TL/da. On the other hand, the costs of the smart systems used in the smart farming enterprise are respectively 10 204.08 TL/da for smart irrigation systems, 204.08 TL/da for meteorology station, 204.08 TL/da for early warning system 30.61 TL/da for pest detection, 102.04 TL/da for land tracking with drones, 20.00 TL/da for pesticide use with drones. The total cost per decare was found as 10 764.89 TL/da. Originality: The study found that it is compeller for conventional agricultural enterprises to implement smart agriculture applications in the current capital conditions. It is thought that this study will contribute to future studies on this subject in terms of evaluating the applicability of smart farming, which is the latest application in Turkish agriculture.
