Abstract:

This study is an imaginary study conducted with the aim of studying the leadership behavior of high school students who participate in sports recreation activities. The research group consists of a total of 392 students, including 206 women and 186 men, who study in different high schools in the province of Gaziantep. The data collection tool for research, developed by Halpin and Winer in 1957, the Leader Behavior Description Qestionnaire LBDQ scale has been used by the scale used by the Turkish translated shape Atar and Özbek in 2009.The original scale includes 30 items, including 15 about leadership behavior, 15 about the structure and 15 about the dimension of understanding.
