Dünya genelinde son yüzyılda yaşanan gelişmeler enerji kaynağı olarak fosil yakıtların yoğun olarak kullanılmasına neden olmuştur. Günümüzde yaşanan çevresel sorunların önemli bir nedenini teşkil eden fosil yakıtların yerine, tükenmez ve çevreye daha az zararlı olan yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarının kullanımı, çevre ve insan refahının sağlıklı bir şekilde sürdürülmesi için önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Bursa’nın merkez ilçelerinden biri olan Osmangazi’de yer alan üç katlı bir apartmanın elektrik ihtiyacının karşılanması amacıyla 2020 yılı elektrik tüketim verileri kullanılarak, HOMER Pro programında şebekeye bağlı fotovoltaik enerji sistem tasarımı gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ayrıca enerji sisteminin maliyet analizi gerçekleştirilmiş ve enerji maliyeti 0,562 TL/kWh, 25 yıllık proje ömrü için sistemin net şimdiki maliyeti 49405,97 TL (5974,12 $) olarak hesaplanmıştır.
Developments in the last century around the world have caused the intensive use of fossil fuels as an energy source. The use of renewable energy sources, which are less harmful to the environment, instead of fossil fuels, which constitute an important cause of environmental problems today, is important for maintaining a healthy environment and human welfare. In this study, grid-connected photovoltaic energy system design was carried out in the HOMER Pro program, using the electricity consumption data of 2020 in order to meet the electricity needs of a three-storey apartment building in Osmangazi, one of the central districts of Bursa. In addition, as a result of the cost analysis of the energy system, the energy cost was calculated as 0.562 TL/kWh, and the net current cost of the system for the 25-year project life was 49405.97 TL ($ 5974.12).
