Bu araştırmanın amacı, ilkokul ve ortaokullardaki akran zorbalığını eğitmenlerin bakış açısından incelemektir. Bu çalışmada basit nitel betimsel bir strateji kullanılmıştır. Araştırma grubu, ilk ve ortaokullarda görev yapan 15 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Veriler, araştırmacılar tarafından oluşturulan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Görüşme formunda çalışmanın amaçları, akran zorbalığı ve özellikleri hakkında kısa bir arka plan notunun yanı sıra öğretmenlerin bakış açılarına ilişkin 5 açık uçlu soru yer almaktadır. Verilerin analizinde hem içerik analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın bulguları, genellikle fiziksel ve sözlü taciz şeklinde ortaya çıkan akran zorbalığının ilkokul ve ortaokullarda önemli bir sorun olduğunu göstermiştir. Akran zorbalığı çoğunlukla ailevi nedenlere bağlanmıştır. Öğretmenler, zorbalıkla başa çıkmak için başvurdukları kaynakların okul rehberlik ve psikolojik danışma servisleri olduğunu belirtmişlerdir. Çalışmanın sınırlılıkları belirlenmiş, bulgular ilgili literatür bağlamında ele alınmış ve daha fazla pratik ve teorik araştırma için önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
The purpose of this research is to study the co-trafficking in primary and secondary schools from the point of view of the teachers. In this study, a simple quality imaging strategy was used. The research group consists of 15 teachers working in primary and secondary schools. The data was collected using the semi-configured interview form created by the researchers. The interview form contains a short background note on the objectives of the study, co-workers’ harassment and characteristics, as well as 5 open end questions on the teachers’ perspectives. In the analysis of data, both content analysis techniques have been used. The findings of the study showed that fellow harassment, which often arises in the form of physical and oral harassment, is a major problem in primary and secondary schools. Relative harassment is mostly linked to family reasons. Teachers pointed out that the resources they applied to cope with harassment were school guidance and psychological counseling services. The limitations of the study have been determined, the findings have been addressed in the context of the relevant literature, and recommendations for more practical and theoretical research have been made.
The purpose of this study is to examine peer bullying in primary and secondary schools from the perspective of educators. A simple qualitative descriptive strategy was used in this study. The research group consisted of 15 teachers working in primary and secondary schools. Data were collected using a semi-structured interview form created by the researchers. The interview form included the aims of the study, a brief background note about peer bullying and its characteristics, and 5 open-ended questions about teachers' perspectives. Content analysis technique was used to analyze the data. The findings of the study showed that peer bullying, which usually occurs in the form of physical and verbal harassment, is an important problem in primary and secondary schools. Peer bullying was mostly attributed to family reasons. Teachers stated that the resources they used to deal with bullying were school guidance and counseling services. The limitations of the study were identified, the findings were discussed in the context of the relevant literature and suggestions for further practical and theoretical research were made.
