I Especially the sperm concentration and sperm motility were significantly higher in the second ejaculates than the first while abnormal sperm rate was lower in the second ejaculates. It is concluded that rutin determination of spermatological characteristics should be done beside the microbial control of bull semen used in artificial insemination.
