Abstract:

This study aims to determine the views of high school students and teachers on the application of chaoot. In the research, a distinctive order pattern was preferred from the research of the karma method. First of all, the data was obtained according to the quantum data. The study included 201 students and 24 students and 3 teachers. In order to collect quantum data, the survey was developed by the researcher in a separate semi-configured interview form for teachers and students in order to collect qualitative data. The analysis resulted in the conclusion that high school students loved and found kahoot very pleasant, they were happy to see the results of the answers immediately, that the application of kahoot contributed to remembering questions and answers, but they were partially discomforted by seeing the answers of their friends and that it was not an application that supports the study. The study also found that teachers found kahoot efficient and effective in terms of the educational environment but that pre-preparations were time-consuming, they did not use the detailed reporting process effectively. From these findings, it is recommended that research on kahoot is supported by experimental and qualitative studies.
