Anadolu’nun fethi harekâtını bizzat yeni başkent Rey’den yönetmeye başlayan Sultan Tuğrul Bey bu harekâta Selçuklu şehzadelerini gönderdi. Amcası Yusuf Yınal’ın oğlu olup anne bir kardeşi olan İbrahim Yınal’ı Hemedan ve İsfahan il ve yörelerinin, diğer amcası Arslan Yabgu’nun oğulları Kutalmış ve Resul-Tegin’i Hazar Deniz’i bölgesinin, öteki amcası Musa Yabgu’nun oğlu Hasan ile kardeşi Çağrı Bey’in oğlu Yakuti’yi Azerbaycan’ın fethiyle görevlendirdi. Ayrıca bu Selçuklu şehzadelerinin emrine kalabalık Türkmen kuvvetleri verildi. İbrahim Yınal birkaç yıl içinde Hemedan ve İsfahan bölgesini fethettikten sonra Dicle Irmağı’na kadar harekâtını başarıyla devam ettirdi. Devletin kuruluşunda büyük hizmetler gören ve Hasankale (Pasinler) Zaferi’ni kazanan İbrahim Yınal, Tuğrul Bey’in merkeziyetçi siyaseti sebebiyle Çağrı Bey, İnanç Yabgu ve Sultan Tuğrul Bey gibi başkenti Hemedan olmak üzere kendine ayrı bir hâkimiyet bölgesi sağlamak amacıyla harekete geçti.
Sultan Tuğrul Mr, starting to manage the conquest of Anatolia from the new capital Rey himself, sent Seljuk princes to this operation. He assigned Abraham Yinal, the son of his uncle Yusuf Yinal having a mother and a brother, with the conquest of Hemedan and Isfahan provinces and regions, the sons of his other uncle Arslan Yabgu, Kutalmış and Rasul-Tegin with the conquest of the Caspian Sea region, and Hasan, the son of his other uncle, Musa Yabgu, and Yakuti, the end of his brother Call Mr, with the conquest of Azerbaijan. In addition, crowded Turkmen forces were given to the orders of these Seljuk princes. Ibrahim Yınal successfully continued his operation reaching the Dicle River after being conquered Hemedan and Isfahan region in a few years. Ibrahim Yınal, who performed great services in the establishment of the state and won the Hasankale (Pasinler) Victory, took action to provide a separate domination region, the capital of which is Hemedan, as Call Mr, Faith Yabgu and Sultan Tuğrul Mr did, due to the centralized politics of Tugrul Mr.
