Osmanlı ordusunun sefere çıkması çok büyük hazırlıkları kapsayan bir organizasyondu. On binleri hatta yüzbinleri bulan mevcuduyla Osmanlı ordusu, uzun süreli seferlerde yaşamlarını sürdürebilmek için birçok hizmete ihtiyaç duymaktaydı. Bu ihtiyaçların giderilebilmesi için çeşitli görevliler seferde hazır bulunurdu. Bunların en önemlisi de orducu esnafı adı verilen gruplardı. Bu esnaf grubunun seçilmesi ve sefere katılması oldukça titiz bir çalışma sonrası gerçekleşmekteydi. Hemen her esnaf kolundan seçilen ve kayda geçirilen orducular seferde orduyla birlikte hareket ederek gündelik yaşamın devamını sağlardı. Bu hizmeti belirli bölgelerdeki esnaf fiili olarak yerine getirirken, başka yerlerdeki esnaf nakdi yani bedelini ödemek suretiyle de icra ediyordu. İkinci gruba giren yerlerden biri de Konya şehriydi. Konya şehrinde de devletin birçok şehrinde olduğu gibi ordubazar akçesi adı altında esnaftan toplanan paralar, seferlerin lojistik desteği için kullanılmaktaydı. Bu işlemler sırasında bazı sıkıntılar ve anlaşmazlıklar da çıkmış ve bunlar mahkemeye intikal etmiştir. Resmi görevliler tarafından kayıt altına alınarak düzenli şekilde uygulanması sağlanan bu sistemin, Konya’daki uygulanışında yerel esnaf teşkilatının da önemli bir rolü bulunmaktaydı. Bu çalışmada öncelikle sefer organizasyonlarında görev alan orducu esnafı hakkında genel bilgi verilecek, sonrasında ise bu hizmeti bedelini ödemek suretiyle gerçekleştiren Konya esnafından, XVIII. yüzyılın ilk yarısına ait örnekler verilecektir. Konya şer’iyye sicillerindeki kayıtlardan verilecek bu örneklerle sistemin buradaki işleyişine ışık tutulmaya çalışılacaktır. Ayrıca imdâd-ı seferiyye kayıtlarından da esnafın payına düşenler ortaya konulacaktır. Böylece Konya esnafının, Osmanlı ordusunun seferlerine verdiği destek anlatılmaya çalışılacaktır.
The arrival of the Ottoman army was a great preparation. With the presence of tens of thousands and even hundreds of thousands, the Ottoman army needed many services to continue their lives in long-term flights. A number of officers were prepared to meet these needs. The most important of these were the groups called the army trade. The selection and participation of this group of trade took place after a very strict work. Immediately, the armies chosen and recorded from each hand of trade were moving together with the army at the same time to ensure the continuation of daily life. This service was performed as a trade in certain areas, while the trade in other places was performed by payment of cash, i.e. the price. One of the places in the second group was the city of Konya. In the city of Konya, as in many cities of the state, the money collected from the trade under the name of the army market was used for logistical support of the flights. During these trials there were some troubles and disputes, and they came to court. This system, which was registered by officials and provided for its regular implementation, also played an important role in the implementation of the local trade agency in Konya. In this work first will be given general information about the army trade in the flight organizations, then this service will be performed by payment of the price of the Konya trade, XVIII. Examples from the first half of the century will be given. With these examples from the records given to the Konya sher, the system will try to keep light on the functioning here. They will also be able to find those who are on the list of the lists. This will be the result of the support of the Ottoman army.
The Ottoman army's going on a campaign was an organization that covered very large preparations. With the presence of tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands, the Ottoman army needed a lot of services in order to survive in long term campaigns. Several officials were used to attend to address these needs. The most important of these were the tradesmen who were called “orducu”. The election of this craftsman group and participation in the campaign was made after a very meticulous work. “Orducu”s who were selected from every tradesman branch at once and registered, kept the continuation of the daily life by acting together with the army. While tradesmen in certain regions were fulfilling this service practically with the army, some tradesmen in other places performing it by paying a fee. One of the places in the second group was the city of Konya. In Konya city, as well as being in many cities of the country, the money collected in the name of the “ordubazar akçesi” was used for the logistical support of the military campaigns. Some troubles and disputes have also arisen during these proceedings and they have been brought to court. The local trades organization also played an important role in the implementation of this system, which was enrolled and carried out in a regular way by the officers. In this study, firstly general information will be given about the tradesman who took part in these campaign organizations. Afterwards, examples will be given from the Konya tradesmen in the first half of the century who performed this service by paying the fee. With the examples which will be given from the “Cadi registries” of Konya, it will be tried to shed light on the operation of the system. Also, with the records of the “imdad-ı seferiye” the amounts which put to the tradesmen’s share will be exposed. Thus, the support which the Ottoman tradesmen had given to the campaigns of the Ottoman army will be tried to explained.
