Abstract:

The disease of Kawasaki is an unknown acute fever systemic vasculitis. In untreated cases, 15-25 percent of coronary artery extasis and aneurysm develops, causing sudden deaths and illnesses in older ages. Therefore, early diagnosis and intravenous immunglobulin with acetylsalicylic acid treatment is very important to begin as soon as possible. 24 hours after the start of the treatment, in the case of an increased or persistent fever, other fever causes including sepsis should be considered to be diagnosed with refractor Kawasaki disease, excluding.
