Conservation repair specialists and technical staff in archaeological excavations are assisted in removing, documenting and properly removing and packing the artifacts without any damage to the archaeologists. Following initial intervention and consolidation, methods to be applied to finds are determined; repairs such as cleaning and gluing are carried out. In archaeological excavations, care must be taken to safeguard and store the material to be used in the protection and repair of small finds. The contents of the materials to be applied to the finds should also have knowledge about the preparation and application methods. By introducing Paraloid® B72, an acrylic resin commonly used in the protection and repair of organic and inorganic materials found in archaeological excavations for the consolidation and repair of archaeological finds produced from inorganic stone, mud, terracotta, metal, glass and organic wood, bone, horn, ivory, fossil materials. In this study aimed at the correct preparation of this material by the practitioner, it is emphasized that the usage area and conditions should be paid attention.
