Tarihsel süreç içerisinde gerçekleşen her bir yenilik toplumsal, siyasal ve ekonomik yapılar üzerinde dönüşümlere neden olmaktadır. Her bir Endüstri Devrimi bu dönüşümlerin izlerini açığa çıkarmaktadır. Öyle ki günümüzde gerçekleşmekte olan ve içerisinde birçok yeniliği barındıran Dördüncü Sanayi Devrimi (Endüstri 4.0) sürecinde meydana gelmesi öngörülen gelişmelerin diğer endüstri devrimlerinde olduğu gibi toplumsal, yönetsel, üretimsel ve ekonomik yapılarda dönüşümler açığa çıkarması beklenmektedir. Çalışma kapsamında beklenen dönüşümlerin neler olduğunu ortaya koymak amacıyla, her yıl Türkiye’nin en büyük 500 firmasını sunan ISO’nun 2016 yılı için yayınlamış olduğu “Üretimden Satışa Türkiye’nin 2016 Yılı 500 Büyük Sanayi Kuruluşu” listesi kullanılmış ve listede yer alan Beyaz Eşya ve Otomotiv sektörlerinde faaliyet gösteren firmalar seçilmiştir. 20 firma yetkilisinden 14’ü görüşmeye katılmaya gönüllü olmuştur. Firma yetkilileriyle yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılarak teknolojik gelişmelerin ve Endüstri 4.0 sürecinin doğrudan veya dolaylı olarak endüstriyel yapılarda, mesleklerde, yönetsel süreçlerde, ekonomik ve toplumsal yapılarda meydana getirdiği dönüşümleri ve bunların paydaş ilişkilerine yansımalarını ortaya koymayı hedefleyen görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Görüşme neticesinde elde edilen veriler içerik analizi yöntemi ile çözümlenmiştir. Analiz sonucunda firma yetkililerinin gerçekleşmekte olan endüstriyel devrimin farkında olduğu ve sektörlerin farkındalık düzeyinin teknoloji kullanımına bağlı olarak değişiklik gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda Endüstri 4.0 bileşenlerini sistemlerine başarı ile uygulayan ve bu dönüşümü yönetebilen işletmelere üretim, maliyet, rekabet, fiyat ve kalite açılarından avantajlar sağlaması beklendiği saptanmıştır. Bu dönüşümün insanların işsiz kalmasına neden olacağını düşünenlere karşın insanları her anlamda olumlu etkileyeceğini düşünen yetkililer olduğu ve bu süreçten en avantajlı çıkacak tarafın ise tüketiciler olacağı görüşünün hakim olduğu görülmüştür.
Every innovation that occurs in the historical process leads to transformations on social, political and economic structures. Every industrial revolution reveals the traces of these transformations. The progress that is expected to take place in the process of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0), which is ongoing and contains many innovations, is expected to reveal transformations in the social, administrative, production and economic structures, as in other industrial revolutions. In order to reveal what the expected transformations are in the framework of the study, every year the ISO, which offers the largest 500 companies in Turkey, has published for the year 2016 the "500 large industrial organizations of Turkey from production to sale in 2016" list and the list has been selected companies that operate in the white goods and automotive sectors. Of the 20 companies, 14 were volunteer to attend the meeting. By using a semi-structured form of conversation with corporate officials, talks were conducted to show the transformations of technological developments and the Industry 4.0 process, directly or indirectly, in industrial structures, professions, management processes, economic and social structures and their reflections on the stakeholders’ relations. The data obtained in the interview was analyzed by the content analysis method. The analysis found that the company officials were aware of the industry revolution and that the level of awareness of the sectors varied depending on the use of technology. It is also found that
