Abstract:

Organizational commitment is the strength of a person's attachment to an organization. The nature and notion of the organizational commitment concept is that a person has a sense of commitment to the organization he/she works for. This may involve identifıcation with, tendency to stay in, and willingness to exert efforts for the organization. In making employees feel commited to an organization and plan a long tenure with the organization, paradicmatic accordance has a very important role. Paradigmatic accordance requires an accordance between employees and organization to exceed the organizational goals. In this article, we'll try to explain the role of paradigmatic accordance between employees and organization in providing organizational commitment.
