Artificial Nervous Networks (YSA) is an advanced method to solve complex problems in the form of a closed box, based on the past experiences and training of the human brain. Instead of the parametric models of hydrological processes containing a lot of variables, the use of closed box models such as YSA can be more convenient. In particular, the daily or monthly flow series in the flows are of importance for the safe design of water structures. In this study, the daily flow series of the 2008-2011 years of Bitlis Deresi were modeled with the help of YSA. For this purpose, two different YSA models have been used, standard and wave-converted. The standard YSA model provides statistically good results but remains insufficient in predicting extreme pics in the year. The wave-converted YSA model results with higher accuracy along with extreme pics. The results obtained in the prediction of the flow series in the flow as honey have concluded that the wave-converted YSA models are quite successful and can be used in the modeling of such hydrological processes.
