Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı; TMS 10 Raporlama Döneminden Sonraki Olayların muhasebeleştirilmesinin incelenmesidir. Bilanço tarihinden sonraki olaylar, bilanço tarihi ile onaylama tarihi arasındaki süreyi kapsamakta olup, finansal tablo kullanıcılarının aldıkları ekonomik kararlar bakımından büyük önem teşkil etmektedir. Bilanço tarihinden sonraki olayların hangi kapsamda ve nasıl değerlendirileceğinin belirlenmesi için konu örnek olaylar çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada kullanılan örnekler, niteliği ve niceliği itibariyle konunun detaylı bir çerçevede ele almasını sağlayarak söz konusu standardın daha geniş bir kapsamda değerlendirilmesine imkân sunacaktır.
