Bu makalede Maliki fakihi İbn Abdülber’in Ferâiz ilmindeki yeri ele alınarak ferâiz ilminde yazdığı fakat günümüze ulaştığı tespit edilemeyen el-İşrâf ʿalâ mâ fî usûli’l-ferâiz mine’l-icmâ’ ve’l-ihtilâf adlı kitabının tanıtımı amaçlanmıştır. Henüz mevcudiyeti tespit edilememesine karşın eserin râvi, metot, hacim ve muhtevasına ilişkin tespitlerde bulunabilmekteyiz. Mirasla alakalı ittifak ve ihtilaf edilen meseleleri ilgili rivâyetleri değerlendirerek ele aldığıanlaşılan çalışma başta ferâiz ve fıkıh ilimleri olmak üzere hadis ilmi açısından da büyük önem taşımaktadır.
In this article, Maliki fakihi Ibn Abdülber’s place in Ferâiz science is addressed by the book, but it is not known to be reached to the present day by the El-Ishrâf ʿalâ mâ fî usûli’l-ferâiz mine’l-icmâ and’l-ihtilâf. Although the existence is not yet identified, we are able to find out about the râvi, method, volume and extent of the work.
