Bu çalışmanın amacı büyükşehir belediyelerinin rekreasyon temelli projelerin belirlenmesi ve projelerin değerlendirmesidir. Çalışma, literatür tarama yöntemi yoluyla derleme niteliğinde olup verilerin elde edilmesinde doküman inceleme yöntemi kullanılmış ve bu doğrultuda belediyelerin resmi internet sayfaları ve basın yayın kaynaklarından faydalanılmıştır. 31.03.2019 yerel seçimlerinde göreve gelen ve 2.000.000-5.000.000 arası nüfusa sahip olan Adana, Antalya, Bursa, Gaziantep, İzmir, Konya ve Şanlıurfa Büyükşehir Belediyeleri’yle sınırlandırılmıştır. Elde edilen verilere göre, rekreasyon projelerin benzer olması vatandaşların beklentilerinin birbirine yakın olduğunu göstermekte olup rekreasyon bilincinin artırması adına önemli bir misyona hizmet etmekte olduğu söylenilebilir. Sunulan rekreasyon projelerin hizmet çeşitliliğini artırmak, her kesime hitap etmesi, ulaşılabilirliği kolay, kişilerin boş zamanlarını etkin ve verimli geçirmeleri konusunda oldukça önemlidir.
The objective of this work is to determine the recreation-based projects of the major municipalities and to evaluate the projects. The study is as a compilation through the literary scan method; the method of document review was used in the obtaining of data and in this direction the official web pages of the municipalities and the press publication sources were used. 31.03.2019 in local elections and having a population of 2,000,000 to 5,000,000; Adana, Antalya, Bursa, Gaziantep, İzmir, Konya and Shanlıurfa Metropolitan Municipalities are limited. According to the data obtained, the similarity of recreation projects shows that citizens’ expectations are close to each other and can be said that they are serving an important mission in order to increase recreation consciousness. The proposed recreational projects are very important to increase the diversity of services, to address each section, to be easily accessible, to allow people to spend their leisure time effectively and efficiently.
The objective of this study is; determination of recreation-based projects of metropolitan municipalities and the evaluation of projects. Those who took office in the 31.03.2019 local elections and have a population between 2,000,000 and 5,000,000 It is restricted to Adana, Antalya, Bursa, Gaziantep, İzmir, Konya and Şanlıurfa Metropolitan Municipalities. The study is a compilation through the literature review method. The document analysis method was used to obtain data, and the official websites of the municipalities and press sources were benefited for it. In conclusion, the similarity of recreation projects shows that the citizens' expectations are close to each other, and it can be said that they serve an essential mission to increase the awareness of recreation. It is significant for the recreation projects to increase the variety of services, appeal to every segment, be easily accessible, and enable people to spend their leisure time effectively and efficiently.
