In this study, the surface of the gold electrots (Au) was modified by electrochemical method by the 3.5-diamino-1,2.4-triazol (35DT) molecule. The electrochemical behavior of epinephrine (EP) modified electrots (35DT-Au) on the surface has been studied using differential pulse volatility (DPV) and conversion volatility (CV) techniques. In the EP's upgrade process, the 35DT-Au modified electroth surface showed good electrocatalitic activity. The EP designation was carried out using the DPV technique on the 35DT-Au modified electrots surface. Under optimal conditions, the 35DT-Au modified electrots and the linear work range of the EP are defined as two different leather range: 0.9-32.31 μM and 32.31-1050 μM. The observability limits (LODs) for these two skin intervals were found at 0.39 and 12.33 μM respectively. For the EP designation, the 35DT-Au electrots have shown good repeatability, stability and sensitivity. Also, the drug was selected as a real sample and the EP prescription in the drug was successfully performed with the 35DT-Au electrots.
A gold electrode (Au) was modified with 3,5-diamino-1,2,4-triazole (35DT). The electrochemical behavior of epinephrine (EP) was evaluated on the modified electrode (35DT-Au) by the differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and cyclic voltammetry (CV) techniques. For the oxidation of EP, the 35DT-Au modified electrode surface showed an good electrocatalytic activity. The modified electrode was used to determine EP by using DPV technique. Under the optimum conditions, the calibration curve for EP was obtained in the ranges of 0.9 to 32.31 μM and 32.31 to 1050 μM and the detection limits (LOD) was found as 0.39 and 12.33 μM, respectively. For the oxidation process of EP, the 35DT-Au modified electrode exhibited a good repeatability, reproducibility, stability and sensitivity. Finally, the determination of EP in commercial injectable adrenaline samples were successfully applied.
