Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı duygusal okuryazarlık eğitiminin ilkokul öğrencilerinin duygusal zeka performansı üzerindeki etkisini cinsiyete göre incelmektir.  Araştırma tek gruplu ön-test son-test zayıf deneysel desende tasarlanmıştır. Çalışma gurubu, ilkokul dördüncü sınıfta öğrenim görmekte olan 7’si kız 9’u erkek olmak üzere toplam 16 öğrenciden oluşturulmuştur. Duygusal okuryazarlık eğitimi haftada dört ders saati olmak üzere 31 ders saati sürmüştür. Veriler On Yaş Duygusal Zeka Ölçeği ile elde edilmiştir. Veriler normal dağılım gösterdiğinden parametrik test tekniklerinden bağımsız gruplar t-testi ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular duyusal okuryazarlık eğitiminin ilkokul dördüncü sınıf öğrencilerinin duygusal zeka performansı üzerindeki etkisinin cinsiyete göre değişmediğini göstermektedir. Araştırma sonuçları ilgili literatür ve teoriler çerçevesinde ele alınmış ve tartışılmıştır.

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to study the impact of emotional literature education on the emotional intelligence performance of primary school students according to gender.  The research is designed in a single-group pre-test final-test weak experimental design. The study group is composed of a total of 16 students, including 7 girls and 9 men who are studying in the 4th grade of primary school. Emotional literature training takes 31 hours of lessons, four hours a week. The data was obtained with a 10-year-old emotional intelligence scale. Since the data show normal distribution, the parametry test techniques independent groups were analyzed by t-test. The findings from the research show that the influence of sensual literature education on the performance of emotional intelligence in primary school fourth grade students does not vary by gender. The results of the research have been discussed and discussed within the framework of the relevant literature and theories.
