In the use of wood materials in the outer weather conditions, the impact of environmental factors is shortly changing color and the protective vertical layer on the surface is deformed. In addition, the use of top surface processing substances is solvent-based (SOB), and the negative effects of solvent-based systems on human and environmental health are increasingly problematic. On the other hand, water-based vernical (SBV) systems are more human and environmentally friendly than SOB systems. In this study, two different SBV systems were used on the surface of the counter tables produced by the external layers of the flush, okalyptus and the wood cover; (1) a special steel layer added modified water-based vernic (MSBV) and (2) normal water-based vernic (NSBV). Then, with 313 EL+ (UVA) and UVB 313 EL(UVB) lights, the 144 hour accelerated aging (QUV) after ΔE and PS values were measured. According to the results of the study, ΔE was measured at 2.04 in the smallest MSBV system, at 22.85 in the highest NSBV. In the pandulated hardness values, 86.33 in the smallest NSBV system in the vernic type, 96.55 in the highest NSBV + QUV combination; 96.22 in MSBV + QUV, 95.61 in the MSBV combination; 107.33 in the highest sheet in the tree type (cover variety) + MSBV + QUV variation; 87.33 in the lowest Okaliptus + MSBV. In the tree type variation ΔE results MSBV system has been determined that the change of color on both applicable surfaces is more remarkable, and the PS values are also at the level of the average hardness values for vernic systems.
