Abstract:

The philippine Ahmed Hilmi is a clear person who has lived in a period in which thought flows such as atheism, positivism and materialism arise in Europe have influenced the whole world, primarily Ottoman, and has also fought against such flows that have a negative impact on the Islamic world. The philippines, who first and foremost fought to offer solutions to get rid of the bullshit that the entire Islamic world, including the Ottoman state, and to inform the society, have also received many works in the religious, intellectual and literary field. The name of Islam is one of his most important works. This philippines work, to Islam and Hz.
