Avrupa Birliği Türkiye’nin en büyük ticari ortağıdır. Türkiye toplam ihracatın %40’tan fazlası Avrupa Birliğine yapmaktadır. Birlikten yapılan ithalat Türkiye’nin toplam ithalatının %30’undan fazladır. Avrupa Birliğinin, Türkiye’nin dış ticaretinde bu denli ağırlığa sahip olması nedeniyle Birliğin ekonomik değişkenlerindeki oynaklıkla ve dalgalanmalar Türkiye’nin ihracat performansını belirgin olarak etkilemektedir. Bu bağlamda, çalışmamızda Avrupa Birliğindeki GSYH, İşsizlik Oranı ve Tüketici Güven Endeksindeki değişimlerin Türkiye’nin ihracatına etkisi araştırılmıştır. Değişkenler birinci farkta durağan hale geldikleri için Johansen Eşbütünleşme testi uygulanmıştır. Değişkenler arasında eşbütünleşme tespit edilemediğinden fark serileri kullanılarak EKK tahmini yapılmıştır. EKK sonuçları, Avrupa Birliği GSYH ile Türkiye’nin Birliğe olan ihracatı arasında aynı yönlü ilişki bulunduğunu göstermektedir. Birlik GSYH artışları Türkiye’nin ihracatını artırmaktadır. AB İşsizlik oranı ile ihracat arasında bir ilişki bulunmamaktadır. Avrupa Birliği TGE ile Türkiye’nin Birliğe ihracatı arasında aynı yönlü ve anlamlı bir ilişki vardır.
The European Union is the largest trade partner of Turkey. More than 40% of the total exports are made to the European Union. The combined imports are more than 30% of the total imports of Turkey. Due to the fact that the European Union has so much weight in foreign trade, the unification and volatility of the Union’s economic changes have a significant impact on the export performance of Turkey. In this context, our study has studied the impact of changes in the GDP, Unemployment Rate and Consumer Trust Index in the European Union on exports to Turkey. As the variables became stable in the first difference, the Johansen Integration test was applied. The variable is not identified because the differentiation series is estimated by the ECK. The ECK results show that there is a similar relationship between the EU GDP and the export of Turkey to the Union. GDP growth increases exports from Turkey. There is no connection between unemployment and export. There is a similar and meaningful relationship between the EU TGE and the export of Turkey to the Union.
