Bu olgu sunumunda Simmental ırkı 2 günlük bir buzağıda karşılaşılan koksigeal agenezi, atresia ani et vulva, vaginal ektopi ile beraber seyreden çoklu kongenital anomali olgusunun tanısı ve sağaltım sonuçları değerlendirildi. Olguyu kuyruk, anüs ve vulvanın olmaması şikayeti ile kliniğimize getirilen 2 günlük Simmental ırkı bir buzağı oluşturdu. Yapılan klinik muayenede; kuyruk agenezisi, atresia ani et vulva ve buzağının dışkı ve idrarını perineal bölgede ektopik vaginadan köken alan yumuşak fluktuan bir kitlenin delinmesi sonucu yapmakta olduğu saptandı. Operatif olarak uzak-laştırılan kitlenin histopatolojik incelemesinde vagina mukozası ile uyumlu non-keratinize çok katlı yassı epitel belirlen-di. Sonuç olarak; nadir olarak rastlanılan bu vakanın klinik pratiğe ve literatüre katkı sağlayacak nitelikte olduğu düşü-nüldü.
In the presentation of this phenomenon, the diagnosis of the multi-congenital anomaly occurring in a 2-day bush of the Simmental race, atresia ani et vulva, and vaginal ectopy, and the results of the submission were assessed. The incident was brought to our clinic with a two-day Simmental race that formed a puppy with a complaint of the absence of hole, anus and vulva. In the clinical examination, it was found that cornea agenesis, atresia sudden et vulva and the bladder is the output and urination of the perineal area from the ectopic vagina, resulting in a soft fluktuan that is the result of the clinging of a crowd. In the histopathological examination of the operatively removed mass, a multi-layer flat epithelium was identified in accordance with the vagina mucous. As a result, it was a dream-null that this rare vacancy was able to contribute to clinical practice and literature.
In this case report, the diagnosis and treatment results of multiple congenital anomalies accompanied by coaxial agenesis, atresia ani et vulva, vaginal ectopy in a 2-day-old Simmental calf were evaluated. Our case is compo-sed of a 2-days old simmental calf brought to our clinic with the complaint of absence of tail, anus and vulva. Clinical examination revealed tail agenesis, atresia ani et vulva. It was also detected that the calf was excreting stool and urine in the perineal region as a result of perforation of a soft fluctuant mass originating from the ectopic vagina. Histopatho-logic examination of the operatively removed mass revealed non-keratinized multilayer squamous epithelium consis-tent with vaginal mucosa. As a result, we think that this case, which is quite interesting, will contribute to clinical practi-ce and literature.
