DİNAMİK YETENEKLER VE FİRMA PERFORMANSI ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN İNCELENMESİNE YÖNELİK PİLOT BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract:

Bu çalışma, dinamik yeteneklerin firma performansı üzerindeki etkisini incelemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Pilot çalışma kapsamında, kolayda örnekleme yöntemiyle belirlenen 85 katılımcıdan anket yoluyla veriler toplanmıştır. Dinamik yetenekler ölçeği olarak Kump vd. (2019) tarafından geliştirilen ve Teece (2007)’in dinamik yetenekler sınıflandırmasına göre hazırlanan 14 ifadeli ölçek, firma performansı ölçeği için Delaney ve Huselid (1996) tarafından geliştirilen ve Boyraz (2020) tarafından Türkçe’ye uyarlanan 8 ifadelik ölçek kullanılmıştır.  Hipotez testi için regresyon analizi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucuna göre, dinamik yetenekler ile firma performansı arasında anlamlı ve pozitif yönlü bir ilişki olduğu, dinamik yeteneklerin firma performansını etkilediği görülmüştür.

Abstract:

The purpose of the study is to examine the impact of dynamic capabilities on firm performance. Within the scope of a pilot study, the data was collected from 85 participants in terms of using convenience sampling method. The scale for dynamic capabilities which consists of 14 items, was developed by Kump et al. (2019) and based on Teece (2007)’s taxonomy of dynamic capabilities. Moreover, the scale for firm performance was developed by Delaney and Huselid (1996) and adapted into Turkish by Boyraz (2020) with 8 items. For hypothesis testing, the regression analysis was conducted. According to results of the study, dynamic capabilities and firm performance have a significant and positive relationship. In addition, dynamic capabilities have an impact on firm performance based on the results.
