Abstract:

Представлені результати дослідження ліпофільної фракції з трави сочевиці харчової (Lens culinaris). Визначено кількісний вміст ліпофільної фракції в рослинній сировині, який склав 3,9 %. За допомогою хроматографічних методів та якісних реакцій встановлено наявність каротиноїдів, хлорофілів. Кількісний вміст каротиноїдів склав 1065,83 мг%, хлорофілів - 1625,75 мг%. Досліджено якісний склад та кількісний вміст жирних кислот.
