Abstract:

Günümüz global ekonomisinin getirdiği aşırı rekabet ortamı, mal ve hizmetlerin modern anlamdaki pazarlanmasında; satış amacından, müşteri odaklı pazarlamaya geçişi zorunlu kılmıştır. Müşteri odaklılık, pazarlamada müşteri memnuniyeti ve sadakatini; bu yolla karlılığı muhafaza ve arttırmada sürekliliği sağlamayı, amaçlamaktadır. Son yıllarda, Müşteri İlişkileri Yönetimi (CRM) adı altında, müşteri memnuniyetine ilaveten mal ve hizmetin faydalılığını arttırmaya yönelik, müşteri değerinin arttırılması fikri gündeme gelmiştir. Müşteri memnuniyeti ancak etkin bir kurum–müşteri ilişkisi ile mümkün olabilir. Bu sebeple aralarındaki bilgi akışının yine etkin ve olumlu bir iletişim ile sağlanmasına ve müşteri ihtiyaçlarının eksiksiz giderilmesine gerek duyulmaktadır. Bunun için, müşterinin demografik ve kültürel yapısı ile ihtiyaçlarına uygun iletişim araç ve metotlarının seçilmesi ve bu yolla müşteri memnuniyeti, sadakati ve değerini geliştirerek, işletme verimliliğinin arttırılması yoluna gidilmelidir. Bu konularda, bilgisayar destekli sosyal ağ sitelerindeki bağlantılar ve konuşmalarla dijital pazarlama iletişim kanalları değerlendirilmelidir. Ayrıca etik konularda yardımcı olacak alt yapının hazırlanması gerekir.

The extreme competitive environment brought by today’s global economy has made the transition from sales to customer-oriented marketing compulsory in the modern sense of the marketing of goods and services. Customer focus is aimed atining customer satisfaction and loyalty in marketing, therebyining profitability and increasing continuity. In recent years, under the name of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has emerged the idea of increasing customer value, aimed at increasing the benefit of goods and services in addition to customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction can only be possible with an effective corporate-customer relationship. It is therefore necessary to ensure the flow of information between them again through effective and positive communication and to fully address the needs of the customer. To do this, the choice of the means and methods of communication that correspond to the demographic and cultural structure of the customer and his needs, and thus improving customer satisfaction, loyalty and value, must go to the way of increasing the efficiency of the business. In these topics, digital marketing communication channels should be evaluated by links and conversations on computer-backed social networks sites. It is also necessary to prepare a sub-structure that will help in ethical issues.

At the serious competition environment of today’s global economics, companies have been obliged to pass from selling to customer focused marketing in the modern marketing ways of the goods and services. To be customer focused, aims to continuity of productivity in marketing together with the satisfaction and loyalty of customers. At the last years, to enhance the customer value and satisfaction, it is suggested an idea under the name of customer relationship management (CRM), The customer satisfaction may be possible with successful communication. Because of these reasons the information flow between them could be provided by effective and sympathetic communication and to eliminate the needs of customers. Thereby the tools and methods of communication in compliance with the cultural and demographic state of customers could be used used. By the way, the productivity of the busines will be increased because of the enhanced satisfaction and loyalty of customers. In these areas, the digital communication channels can be utilized by using the computer aided talking’s and idea exchanges. Also, to prepare the substructure about legal procedures for ethic and digital problems are necessary.
