Amaç: Araştırma bir devlet hastanesinde çalışan hemşirelerin ekip anlayışlarını ve yaşadıkları sorunları belirlemek amacı ile tanımlayıcı türde yapılmıştır. Yöntem: Araştırmanın evrenini, bir devlet hastanesinde çalışan 353 hemşire, örneklemini ise çalışmaya katılmayı kabul eden ve ulaşılabilen 250 hemşire oluşturmuştur. Veriler, hemşirelere yönelik “Hemşire Tanıtım Formu”, ekip anlayışı ve sorunlarını belirlemeye yönelik 14 soruluk anketten yararlanılarak toplanmıştır. Bulgular: Hemşirelerin % 85.6’sı sağlık hizmetlerinin verilmesinden birinci derecede sorumlu sağlık ekibi üyesinin hekim olduğunu ifade etmiştir. Hemşirelerin tümü, rollerini uygularken diğer sağlık ekibi üyeleri ve meslektaşları ile işbirliği içinde çalışmaları gerektiğini, öte yandan % 68.0’i diğer sağlık ekibi üyeleri ile, % 54.4’ü meslektaşları ile bu konuda sorun yaşadıklarını belirtmiştir. Diğer sağlık ekibi üyeleri ile sorun yaşadığını ifade eden hemşirelerin (N=170) bu konudaki sorunları incelendiğinde; birinci sırayı hekimler ile yaşadıkları sorunların oluşturduğu (n=58, %23.2), bunu sırası ile görev, yetki ve sorumlulukların belirlenmemiş olması (n=51, % 20.4), sağlık ekibi üyeleri arasındaki bilgi çatışması (n=44, % 17.6), yeterince söz sahibi olamamak (n=15, % 6.0), hasta sirkülâsyonunun fazla olması (n=12, % 4.8), hemşireliğin yardımcı sağlık personeli olarak görülmesi (n=11, % 4.4) gibi konulardan kaynaklandığı belirlenmiştir. Meslektaşları ile sorun yaşayan hemşirelerin (N=136) sorunlarının; meslektaşlarının kişilik özelliklerine (n=70, % 30), hasta sirkülâsyonunun fazla olmasına (n=15, % 6.0), kadın mesleği ve kadın kadına iletişime (n=16, % 6.4), görev paylaşımına (n=14, % 5.6), hasta teslimlerinde eksik bilgi verilmesine (n=10, % 4.0), eğitim almak ve kendini geliştirmek istememelerine (n=7, % 2.8) bağlı sorunlar olduğu saptanmıştır. Hemşirelere sağlık ekibi içindeki rolleri sorulduğunda; % 96.0’sı bakım vermek, % 95.6’sı eğitim yapmak, % 88.4’ü hemşireliğin meslekleşmesini ve gelişmesini sağlamak, % 86.8’i hekim istemlerini uygulamak, % 82.0’si araştırma yapmak, % 80.8’i hemşirelik eğitimini ve hizmetlerini yönetmek, % 69.2’si sağlık ekibi üyeleri arasında koordinatörlük yapmak, % 65.2’si sağlık ekibi üyeleri ve hizmeti alan birey/aile/toplum arasında koordinatörlük yapmak, % 53.2’si hizmeti alan birey/aile/toplumun sağlık haklarını savunmak olduğunu ifade etmiştir. Sonuçlar: Bu çalışmada hemşirelerin tümü sağlık bakımı hizmetlerinin gerçekleştirilmesinde ekip çalışmasının gerekli olduğunu belirtmiş, fakat hemşireler sağlık bakımı sisteminde rollerini yerine getirirken diğer sağlık ekibi üyeleri, meslektaşları ve sağlık bakımı sisteminin işleyişinden kaynaklanan sorunlar yaşadığını ifade etmiştir.
Purpose: The research was conducted in a type of identification with the aim of determining the team understanding of nurses working in a state hospital and the problems they experience. Method: The universe of the study consisted of 353 nurses working in a state hospital and 250 nurses who accepted and accessed the study. The data was collected using the "Nursing Advertising Form" for nurses, the 14 question survey to identify team understanding and problems. Results: 85.6% of nurses said that the first-degree responsible health team member is a doctor. All nurses need to work in cooperation with other health team members and colleagues while performing their roles, on the other hand, 68. 0 with other health team members, 54.4 percent said they had trouble with their colleagues. When the nurses (N=170) who expressed their problems with other members of the health team (N=170) were examined the problems in this area; the first place was the problems with the doctors (N=58,23.2%) and the responsibilities, powers and responsibilities were not determined (N=51,20.4%) respectively, the information conflict between the members of the health team (N=44,17.6%) and the failure to be sufficient (N=15,6.0%) and the excess of patient circulation (N=12,4.8%) and the treatment of nurses as assistant health personnel (N=11,4.4%) were determined by issues such as the issue. The problems of nurses (N=136) with their colleagues (N=136) are related to their colleagues’ personality characteristics (n=70, 30%), the excess of patient circulation (n=15, 6.0%), the women’s profession and the women’s communication (n=16, 6.4%), the sharing of tasks (n=14, 5.6%), the lack of information in patient delivery (n=10, 4.0%), the lack of education and the lack of self-development (n=7, 2.8%). When the nurses are asked about their roles within the health team; 96.0 percent provide care, 95.6 percent training, 88.4 percent ensuring the professionalization and development of nursing, 86.8 percent applying their doctoral demands, 82.0 percent conduct research, 80.8 percent manage nursing training and services, 69.2 percent coordinate among health team members, 65 percent. 2 members of the health team and the individual/family/community who receives the service, 53.2 percent said that the individual/family/community who receives the service is to defend the health rights. Results: In this study all nurses pointed out that teamwork is necessary in the implementation of health care services, but nurses perform their roles in the health care system while other health team members, colleagues and health care system have problems arising from the functioning.
