This study investigated the relationship between empathic tendency, fear of negative evaluation, and expression of natural felt. The study group is composed by 271 (154 females; 117 male) students who were studying at the education faculty in Mugla Sıtkı Kocman University. The data were collected by using the Empathic Tendency Scale, Brief Fear of Negative Evaluation Scale, and Emotional Labor Scale. Pearson Product Moment Correlation and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis were used for statistical analysis. In the first stage of the analysis, a correlation analysis was conducted to determine the relationship between empathic tendency, fear of negative evaluation, surface acting and deep acting with natural emotions. In the next step, linear regression analysis were used between the empathic tendency, fear of negative evaluation, surface and deep acting variables with natural emotions. As a result, independent variables exhibited a significant relationship with natural emotions (F(4-266) =164.746, p<.01). These four variables explain 71% of the change in natural emotions.
