Yapılan çalışmanın amacı fen eğitimi alanında yayınlanan bilimsel makalelerde en sık karşılaşılan hatalara yönelik fen bilgisi eğitiminde yüksek lisans yapmakta olan öğrencilerin görüşlerinin belirlenmesidir. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olgu bilim kullanılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmaya zorunlu ders olan “Bilimsel Araştırma Yöntemleri ve Yayın Etiği” dersini aldıktan sonraki dönem seçmeli ders olarak “Makale Yazım Yöntemleri” dersini seçen 11 erkek, 12 kadın olmak üzere toplam 23 lisansüstü öğrenci katılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan öğrencilere seçtikleri ders kapsamında öncelikle bir makalenin yazım süreçleri hakkında içerik sunulmuş ve daha sonra seçilen çeşitli makaleler incelenerek yapılan hatalar gösterilmiştir. Daha sonra öğrencilerin fen eğitimi ile ilgili seçecekleri makaleleri incelemeleri ve makale içeriklerinde karşılaştıkları sorunları tespit etmeleri istenmiştir. Bu süreçte her bir öğrenci 5-12 arası makale incelemiş ve gördükleri hataları belirtmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda erkek öğrencilerin inceledikleri makalelerde en sık hata yapılan bölümleri sırasıyla yöntem, tartışma ve giriş en az hata yapılan bölümleri ise sırasıyla anahtar kelime, kaynak ve başlık olarak ifade ettikleri görülmüştür. Kız öğrencilerin ise inceledikleri makalelerde en sık hata yapılan bölümleri sırasıyla giriş, bulgular ve yöntem en az hata yapılan bölümleri ise sırasıyla kaynakça, anahtar kelime ve başlık olarak ifade ettikleri görülmüştür. Araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin inceledikleri makaleler kapsamında görüşleri genel olarak değerlendirildiğinde fen eğitimi alanında yayınlanan makalelerde en sık hata yapılan bölümleri giriş, yöntem ve bulgular olarak sıraladıkları, en az hata yapılan bölümleri ise anahtar kelime, kaynakça ve başlık olarak sıraladıkları tespit edilmiştir.
The aim of the study is to determine the opinions of students who are doing a master's degree in science knowledge education on the most common errors in scientific articles published in the field of science education. Research methods are used in scientific research. A total of 23 undergraduate students, including 11 men and 12 women, who chose the course of "Metal Writing Methods" as a faculty course after taking the course "Scientific Research Methods and Publishing Ethics", which is mandatory for the study being done, participated. Students who participated in the study were first presented content about the writing processes of a paper in the course they chose and then the errors made by examining the various articles selected. Then students were asked to review the articles they would choose about science education and identify the problems they encounter in the article content. In this process, each student examined the articles between 5-12 and pointed out the errors they saw. The results of the analyses found that the most frequently mistaken sections in the articles they studied were method, discussion and input, and the least mistaken sections were expressed as key words, sources and titles, respectively. The most frequent errors in the articles they study were the entries, findings and methods, and the least errors were expressed in source, keyword and title, respectively. Students who participated in the study were evaluated their opinions in the context of the articles they studied in general when the articles published in the field of science education were found that the most common errors were classified as entries, methods and findings, and the least errors were classified as keyword, source and title.
