Bu araştırmanın amacı öğretmenlerin bilgi teknolojileri okur yazarlık düzeylerine göre sanayide dijitalleşme olarak benimsenen Endüstri 4.0 farkındalıklarını incelemek ve öğretmnelerin bu teknolojik dönüşüme ne kadar hazır olduğunu belirlemektir. Öğretmenlerin problem çözme, iletişim ve metabilişsel, temel bilgi teknolojileri, analiz ve üretim, bilgi ve internet, sürdürebilme ve transfer etme becerileri başlıkları altında Endüsri 4.0 kavramsal farkındalıkları incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmaya Türkiye’de farklı okul kademelerinde görev yapan 71 öğretmen gönüllülük esasına göre katılmıştır. Nicel verilerin analizinde betimsel istatistikler, Mann Whitney U ve Kruskal Wallis testi ile korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre öğretmenlerin genel ve bilgi teknolojileri ile ilgili problem çözme becerilerine göre Endüstri 4.0 kavramsal farkındalıklarının genel olarak yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Öğretmenlerin teknolojiyi hemen hemen her alanda akif bir şekilde kullanması bu farkındalığın yüksek çıkmasını destekler niteliktedir. Ayrıca devlet kurumlarının teknoloji ile ilgili vermiş olduğu hizmetiçi eğitimlerde farkındalıklarının artmasının hedef alınması hem bireysel hem de toplumsal gelişim için önem arz etmektedir.
The aim of this study is to examine teachers' awareness of Industry 4.0, which is adopted as digitalization in industry, according to their information technology literacy levels and to determine how ready teachers are for this technological transformation. Teachers' conceptual awareness of Industry 4.0 under the titles of problem solving, communication and metacognitive, basic information technologies, analysis and production, information and internet, sustaining and transferring skills were examined. In this study, 71 teachers working at different school levels in Turkey participated voluntarily. Descriptive statistics, Mann Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis tests and correlation analysis were used to analyze the quantitative data. According to the results of this study, it was seen that teachers' conceptual awareness of Industry 4.0 was generally high according to their general and information technology problem solving skills. Teachers' active use of technology in almost every field supports this high level of awareness. In addition, it is important for both individual and social development to aim to increase their awareness in the in-service trainings provided by governmental organizations on technology.
