Abstract:

During the historical process it is observed that agricultural revolution and industrial revolution have an effect on economic transformation. Interstate economic relations gather pace by the development on information and communication technology. With the economic globalization interstate relations also show an increase. The development of economic relations effects to the law systems. Economic activities and institutions are regulated by law and economic performance effects by law. This fact shows that there is a mutual relationship between law and economy. Globalized relations have been developing by capital, competition and technology. Powerful capitalist countries effect the national laws of the countries in which they want to invest. Because of this phenomenon there has been a revolution within the law systems. During this revolution European civil law system resists to conserve its own properties and economic administrative law comes into prominence.
