Providing and maintaining the education quality of university is possible if they can meet the expectations of the industry which is their application areas. We can talk about the quality of vocational training if the sectors' needs and objectives are reflected in curriculum planning and updates. To determine the expectation of the areas where they will practice their profession is important for increasing the success of students when they start their careers. One way to determine this is to analyze the job advertisements. Determining the most sensible quality and property requirements for the candidates for the practice of the profession and reflecting them in the curriculum will provide benefit for training and industry. In this study, "Dynamic Curriculum Model based on Jobs Advertisement" has been developed. Eighty job advertisements accessed in January 2016 on kariyer.net were analyzed to determine knowledge and skills that required by sector for graduated students from human resources management associate degree program by this model. Desired characteristics were identified in job advertisements and the qualifications that the field needs most were listed according to the order of frequency. It is expected that the findings will contribute to the people who perform the studies of updating the curriculum of educational institutions and investigate the field of human resources management.
