Abstract:

As well as other healthcare workers, the nurses must work with an emergency to keep their health care continued. It is very important for nurses working under quite compelling conditions to have a fair and balanced scheme, otherwise they will be physically and psychically negative. Despite the importance of this, these diagrams are prepared manually in almost every health institution. The solutions developed by academic publications are not sustainable because they cannot be converted into a decision support system. In this study, a cardiovascular surgical service of a hospital in Istanbul addressed the problem of nursing attack scheduling. For the problem, a full number of programming models are first created. This model was then converted into a decision support system that addresses limited software knowledge to end users. Thanks to this system, fair and balanced alarm schemes can be created in a very short time.
