Abstract:

Documentation has been an art hand that has been appreciated by the Turks from Central Asia to Anadolu, from the past to the present day. The silk and wave texts, recognized for their unique art value and wealth, have evolved and spread in an extraordinary way over time. The carpet, which holds an important place in textile art, was introduced and awarded to the world by the Turks. The Turkish roofs are presented in the world’s leading museums. 11 of 11. From the century, the carpet art, which began to spread from the east to the west along with the Selchucks, has been a cultural heritage in which the feelings of the people in Anadolu have been exhausted, as well as the art has been directed to production rather than to be a hand, and has evolved as a fabric industry over time. In the palace roofs, Hereke roof has gained an important place in the Turkish roof history in terms of production. There are few written academic studies on the technical characteristics of Hereke roofs, but there is insufficient information on the use of these roofs in the interior and especially on the use in foreign samples. This study first provided information about the Turkish carpet art and referred to the history of the appearance of the Hereke carpet in the historical process in Turkey and in the world was studied through examples of use in the interior and eventually revealed the effects of the Hereke carpet on the interior design and carpet art.
