Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılanların %92.1’i kadındır. Algılan Stres Düzeyi Ölçeği puan ortalaması 31.38±7.02’dir. COVID servisinde çalışan hemşirelerin stres düzeyi diğer servislerde çalışanlardan daha yüksek bulunmuştur (p=0.035). 29 ve ↓ yaş grubunda (p= 0.005), çocuk sahibi olanlarda (p=0.009), serviste çalışanlarda (p=0.000), çalıştığı birimi her zaman riskli olarak tanımlayanlarda (p=0.020), karma (gece-gündüz) vardiyasında çalışanlarda (p=0.038), çalışma hayatının sosyal yaşamını her zaman etkilediğini belirtenlerde (p=0.000) ve pandemi sürecinde çalışılan kurumda bulaşa karşı hiçbir zaman önlem alınmadığını belirtenlerde (p=0.022) algılanan stres düzeyi diğer gruplara göre daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Pandemi sürecinde COVID-19 kliniklerinde çalışan hemşirelerin stres düzeyi daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Hastane hemşirelik yönetimlerinin çalışan sağlığı ve güvenliği açısından özellikle bu birimlerde çalışan hemşirelerin stresle baş etmesini sağlayacak müdahaleleri (Olumlu çalışma ortamı oluşturma, molalı çalışma, molalarda müzik, egzersiz, yoga vb etkinlikler, nöbet ertesi dinlenme sürelerinin olanaklar dahilinde uzatılması, zaman yönetimi, enfeksiyon kontrol önlemlerinin güçlendirilmesi, vb birkaç örnek müdahale verilebilir) organize etmesi, uzun süreli stres reaksiyonlarının ve strese bağlı ruhsal bedensel sağlık sorunlarının önüne geçebilecektir.
COVID-19 is a public health problem that has affected the whole world. The workforce of nurses is of great importance in the healing and control of the infection. The aim of the study is to determine the level of stress perceived by nurses. Method: The study in the identificatory type was conducted on 240 nurses between 01-31 December 2020. The data collection form contains two forms, the 'Personal Information Form' and the 'Added Stress Scale'. In the analysis of identifying data and scale scores obtained, it was evaluated by ANOVA. The statistical rating is p<0.05. 92.1% of the survey participants are women. The detected Stress Level Score score is 31.38±7.02. The stress level of nurses working in the COVID service was higher than those working in other services (p=0.035). In the age groups of 29 and ↓ (p=0.005), in those who have children (p=0.009), in the service workers (p=0.000), in those who always identify the unit they work as risky (p=0.020), in those who work in karma (night and day), in those who indicate that work life always affects social life (p=0.000) and in those who indicate that no measures against infection were ever taken in the institution under the pandemic process (p=0.022) the stress level was higher than in other groups. The result: Nurses working in COVID-19 clinics during the pandemic process found higher levels of stress. In terms of health and safety of employees, the hospital nursing management will organize interventions that will enable nurses working in these units to cope with stress (creation of a positive working environment, leisure work, music, exercise, yoga, etc. activities, extension within the possibilities of the post-attack rest periods, time management, strengthening of infection control measures, etc. can be given several examples of interventions), will be able to prevent long-term stress reactions and stress-related mental and physical health problems.
