The Covid-19 infection, which spread from China to the world, continues to spread worldwide and is a cause of serious mortality. Covid-19 infection often causes mortality due to pneumonia, ARDS and respiratory failure associated with severe liver retention. Lung cancer causes both a decrease in local resistance in the lungs and an increased risk of mortality due to secondary infections such as Covid-19 pneumonia and immunosuppression that can occur during treatment. In the course of Covid-19 infection, cancer and other serious comorbidities accompany; a high degree of severe clinical picture, intense care and mortality causes. It is recommended that patients with lung cancer be individually evaluated, and the treatment is planned according to their stages and performance. The use of non-invasive radiological methods in place of endobronchial initiative examinations in the diagnosis during the pandemic process should be planned, minimizing hospital applications, giving the most effective but less immunosuppressive treatments in patients.
