Üretimde makinelerin kullanılmaya başlanmasıyla arz patlaması yaşanmış, işbölümü ve uzmanlaşmaya dayalı artan üretim ile birlikte gelişmiş ülkeler yeni pazarlara ve farklı alanlara yönelmeye başlamışlardır. Tüm bu gelişimlere bağlı olarak, nitelikli insan gücüne olan ihtiyaç artmış, ülkelere beşeri sermayeye yatırım yapmak zorunda kalmışlardır. Beşerî sermayenin çağın ihtiyaçlarına ve teknolojik gelişmelere bağlı olarak yetiştirilmesi, okulların buna göre yeniden yapılandırılması kaçınılmaz bir sonuçtur. Artan uluslararası rekabet, iş piyasalarının değişim ve dönüşümü neticesinde yeni teknik bilgi ve teknolojik yeniliklerin kolaylaştırıcı yönü beşerî sermayenin niteliğini daha da önemli hale getirmiştir. Ailelerin meslek liselerine karşı bakış açılarının olumsuz olmasından dolayı, çocuklarını dershane, kurs ve etüt merkezlerine göndererek, iyi bir üniversite kazanmaları için çok fazla emek ve para harcama yoluna gitmişlerdir. Buna karşılık iş piyasalarının ara eleman ve nitelikli işgücü ihtiyacı her geçen zaman da artış göstermiştir. Gençler, üniversiteyi bitirdikten sonrası ise, karşılaştıkları sorun işsizlik olmaktadır. Ülkemizde genç işsizlik oranı, Avrupa ülkeleri ile kıyaslandığında oldukça yüksektir. Bunun temel nedenleri arasında da gençlerin doğru bir yönlendirme ile sahip oldukları bilgi, beceri ve yeteneklerine göre uygun işlere yönlendirilmemelidir. Ülkemizdeki meslek liselerinin, müfredat olarak çok yoğun olduğu, teorik ders sayısının fazla, uygulama eğitim ders saat sayıların ise az olduğu, öğretmen niteliklerinin beklenenin altında olduğu, staj çalışmalarında yeterli rehberlik yapılmadığı, okulların fiziki alt yapıları ile sahip oldukları makine, araç, gereçlerin yetersiz olduğu, mesleki yönlendirmelerin, rehberlik servisleri tarafından yeterli yapılmadığı, bunun sonucu olarak da ülkemizde çok fazla genç işsizin olduğu sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. Ülkemizdeki meslek liselerinin, öğrenci ilgi ve yeteneklerine göre planlanması, işletmelerin ihtiyaç duyduğu nitelikli işgücünün takip edilmesi ve ailelerin mesleki eğitim konusunda daha fazla bilgilendirilmesi gerektiği görülmüştür.
With the beginning of the use of machinery in production, the supply exploded, with the increased production based on division and specialization, developed countries have begun to turn to new markets and different fields. Due to all these developments, the need for qualified human power has increased, the countries have been forced to invest in human capital. The cultivation of female capital according to the needs of the age and technological developments, the reconstructing of schools according to this is a inevitable result. As a result of increasing international competition, the change and transformation of the business markets, the facilitating aspect of new technical knowledge and technological innovations has made the character of human capital even more important. Due to the negative views of the parents to their professional high schools, they have gone to the way of sending their children to classrooms, courses and study centers, making too much work and spending money to earn a good university. In contrast, the need for interim and qualified labour markets has increased from time to time. After graduating from the university, the problem is unemployment. The unemployment rate in our country is quite high compared to the European countries. One of the main reasons for this is that young people should not be directed to work according to their knowledge, skills and abilities with a proper guidance. Our country’s professional high schools are very intense as a programming, the number of theoretical courses is over, the number of practical training hours is less, the teaching qualifications are below the expected, the stage studies have not been sufficient guidance, the machines, the vehicles, the tools that the schools have with the physical substructs are insufficient, the professional guidance is not sufficient by the guidance services, and the result is that there is too much youth work in our country. It has been seen that professional high schools in our country should be planned according to students’ interests and abilities, follow the qualified workforce that
With the introduction of machines in production, there was an explosion of supply, and with the increasing production based on division of labor and specialization, developed countries began to turn to new markets and different areas. Depending on all these developments, the need for qualified manpower has increased and countries have had to invest in human capital. It is an inevitable result that human capital should be raised in line with the needs of the age and technological developments, and schools should be restructured accordingly. As a result of increasing international competition, change and transformation of labor markets, the facilitating aspect of new technical knowledge and technological innovations has made the quality of human capital even more important. Due to the negative attitudes of the families towards vocational high schools, they sent their children to private teaching institutions, courses and study centers, spending a lot of effort and money in order to gain a good university. On the other hand, the need for intermediate staff and qualified labor force in the labor market has increased with each passing day. After graduating from university, the problem that young people face is unemployment. The youth unemployment rate in our country is quite high when compared to European countries. Among the main reasons for this, young people should not be directed to suitable jobs according to their knowledge, skills and abilities with the right direction. Vocational high schools in our country are very dense as a curriculum, the number of theoretical courses is high, the number of practical training course hours is low, the qualifications of teachers are below what is expected, there is not enough guidance in internship studies, the physical infrastructure of the schools and the machines, tools and equipment they have are insufficient. It has been concluded that vocational guidance services are not adequately provided by the guidance services, and as a result, there are too many young unemployed people in our country. It has been seen that vocational high schools in our country should be planned according to student interests and abilities, the qualified workforce needed by the enterprises should be followed and families should be informed more about vocational education.
