Abstract:

Amaç: Bu çalışma, hemşirelik bölümü öğrencilerinin klinik staj ortamında mobbinge maruz kalma durumlarının belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Method: Araştırmanın evrenini Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesi Hemşirelik Bölümü‟nde 2, 3 ve 4. sınıfta staja devam eden 216 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmacılar tarafından hazırlanan anket formu, uygun oturma düzeni oluşturularak öğrencilere uygulanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde; ortalama, standart sapma, sayı yüzde hesaplamaları ve kikare testi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Öğrencilerin yaş ortalaması 21.9±1.46 olup çoğunluğunu (%36.6) 3. sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Öğrencilerin %82.0‟ı kadın, %18.0‟ı erkektir. Araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin %49.2‟si mobbinge maruz kaldığını ifade etmişlerdir. Öğrenciler,çok (%36.9) hemşireler tarafından mobbinge maruz kaldıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Öğrencilerinfazla maruz kaldığı mobbing davranışlarına bakıldığında; yapılan işin değersiz ve önemsiz görülmesi (%82.6), performansla ilgili olumsuz değerlendirme (%80.4), sık sık sözünün kesilmesi (%79.3) göze çarpmaktadır. Kız öğrencilerin %52.7‟sinin, erkeklerin ise %33.3‟ünün mobbinge maruz kaldığı belirlenmiş olup aradaki fark istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmamıştır (p>.05). Sonuç: Türkiye'de birçok örgütte var olduğu düşünülen mobbinge, hemşirelik bölümü öğrencilerinin de maruz kaldığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu doğrultuda okul hastane işbirliği geliştirilmeli ve hemşirelerin öğrencileri benimsemeleri sağlanmalıdır. Method: The population of the study was composed of 216 students who were 2nd rd and 4th grade students at Nursing School of Faculty of Health Sciences and who performed internship. The questionnaire form designed by the researchers was administered to the students after organizing a proper sitting order. Evaluation of the data, mean, standard deviation, percent and the chi-square test was used. Findings: Mean age of the students was 21.9±1.46 and most of them were third grade students (36.6%). 82.0% of them were female students while 18.0% were male students. 49.2% of the participant students told that they were exposed to mobbing. Students emphasized that they (36.9%) were exposed to mobbing by nurses most. The most frequently used mobbing styles were the consideration of the work done by the intern students as insignificant and worthless (82.6%), devaluation of the performance (80.4%), frequently interrupted talk/explanations (79.3%). It was explored that 52.7% of the female students and 33.3% of the male students were subjected to mobbing and difference between was not found to be significant (p>.05). Conclusion: It was seen that nursing students were also subjected to mobbing thought to be present in many organizations in Turkiye. In this sense, nurses‟ acceptance of intern students should be increased to a desired level with school and hospital collaboration.
