The aim of this research is to identify the perceptions of organizational politics and organizational cynicism of teachers working in primary schools and to determine the level and direction of this relationship between these two perceptions. As one of the quantitative research methods, the relational survey model was used in the study. The population of this study consisted of 896 teachers working in primary schools during the 2019-2020 academic year in the province of Kilis and its sample group was comprised of 436 teachers selected from the population using a simple random sampling method. Both “Perception Scale of Organizational Policy” and "Organizational Cynicism Scale for Teachers" have been used as data collection tools. Arithmetic mean, correlation and regression analyses were conducted for the analysis of the data obtained. The results of the study have indicated that teachers working in primary schools have a low perception of organizational politics and organizational cynicism. It was found that there was a significant positive relationship at a moderate level between primary school teachers' perception of organizational policy and their perception of organizational cynicism. It has been concluded that teachers' perceptions of organizational policy represent about 32% of the total variance in their perception of organizational cynicism. Some recommendations were made for researchers and implementers according to the results obtained in the research.
