The aim of this research is to evaluate the prevelance of smoking, alcohol use, other illegal drug use, anti-social behaviors and precosios sexual intercourse, and to investigate relationship between problem behaviors. The other aim of the study is to determine whether the problem behaviors are differed according to socio-demographic variables. An explanatory model of adolescent problem behavior (drinking, smoking, illicit drug use, anti-social behaviors, precocuios sexual intercourse) emerges from extension of Problem Behavior Theory which was developed by Jessor and Jessor (1977). A total of 1237 students, between ages 15-17, from different high schools in zmir participated in this study. Students completed Multiple Problem Behavior Index. Frequency analysis, Pearson Correlation Analysis, t-test, and one way Anova were used to data regarding the sample. Analysis of data was benefited from SPSS 12.0 packet programme. Results can be summarized as follows: prevelance of problem behaviors is high and problem behaviors are related each others. At the same time prevelance of problem behaviors were differed according to grade level. Also prevelance of smoking, alcohol use, illicit drug use, and precocious sexual intercourse were differed according to gender.
